I scripted, recorded and edited together a package looking at Brits who turned to gardening during lockdown for relaxation and community.
CUE
This week, public gardens and green spaces finally welcomed back visitors after months of changing lockdown restrictions.
But during that time when Brits were told to stay indoors, many turned to their own gardens for peace and comfort.
The Office for National Statistics found that people in the UK spent 147% more time doing DIY and gardening between March and April 2020.
